#19514: luci no longer has uhttp as dependancy?

Just installed openwrt snapshot CHAOS CALMER (Bleeding Edge, r45471)
and after installing luci (via luci-mod-admin-full which pulled in
Installing luci-base (git-15.102.66001-622cfc6-1)) uhttpd is not
installed. According to http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/luci.essentials
uhttp should be a dependancy.
