#19598: Ethernet link connectivity problem under cns3xxx / Gateworks Laguna

Since kernel 3.18.x i noticed a link connectivity instability on ethernet
devices on Gateworks Laguna cns3xxx
I also notice this problem is only when you have a forwarding with a
wireless interface who is under infrastructure AP mode. With interface in
sta mode, symptom doesn't exist
