 thing which is maybe relevant: i replaced some small scripts (mv
 /tmp/myscript /www/myscript && reboot)

 Same behavior here.
 I've dit an "mtd -r erase rootfs_data" for an "fresh" jffs2.
 After that i copy my config back (/etc/config), did an "sync" and did a
 cupple of reboots.
 After some cycles i had an factory default openwrt.

 The log show's nothing special, the only difference i detect is, tha the
 log line:
 {{{
 [    8.210000] jffs2: notice: (314) jffs2_build_xattr_subsystem: complete
 building xattr subsystem, 1 of xdatum (0 unchecked, 0 orphan) and 1 of
 xref (0 dead, 0 orphan) found.
 }}}
 changed to:
 {{{
 [    7.930000] jffs2: notice: (327) jffs2_build_xattr_subsystem: complete
 building xattr subsystem, 3 of xdatum (0 unchecked, 1 orphan) and 3 of
 xref (1 dead, 0 orphan) found.
 }}}
 So the orphan and dead counter rises.
 I googled a little bit but can not find something to explain the couters.
 Maybe the filesystem got corrupted?
