I think I missed beginning of typical crash report:
[ 704.589525] ohci-platform ohci-platform.0: bad entry 6
It happens randomly --sometimes when I poke around inittab and agetty,
sometimes when I poke into /dev/ttyUSB0 with socat, sometimes after
usbreset.
