https://dev.openwrt.org/changeset/42798/ missed one reference to the old
name 'led_adsl'.
Also the dsl_notify.sh script implies that dsl_cpe_control, or some other
script will notify "HANDSHAKE" and "TRAINING", for BB this doesn't happen
(and no code is implemented in dsl_cpe_control). Hence the standard flash
patterns are not displayed.
