#20294: USB WiFi based on AR9271 (ath9k-htc) lots of errors: BOGUS urb xfer,

Hardware: Asus WL500gp v1
Affected USB WiFi card: WiFi Alfa AWUS036NHA (AR9271)
Driver & firmware: kmod-ath9k-htc from system repo
When I plugged that card into USB port a tons of errors appear in system
log.

Card doesn't work, system dramatically slows down. I have to unplug it to
make system usable.
