#20376: Syslog could show from the latest to the earlier lines

The current syslog show just put the logread output to the textarea, which
the default order is inconvenient for web view... We concern about the
latest few lines log most of the time, so it should be show in a place
easier for reader, in shell, it's bottom, in webpage, it's its top.
Openwrt should add an option to allow the syslog show in reverse order.
