I would like to coin a new rule of thumb regarding the 1% rule. 1% of
people (or even less) try to make a concept work, even if not optimized,
going through a lot of constraints (time, information, organization,
etc.); while the 99% gets their work for free and still feels entitled to
complain. The sad thing is that this type of behaviour seems everywhere,
even in a remote ticket for collaboration between developer and 'testers'.
With an analogy, 99% of people have their 'driver for the hardware nat' in
their brain broken.
