I am getting this behaviour with CC RC3 on a WR1043ND. Similar setup just
a different addr/prefix, and the same output from ifstatus. Doing ifup lan
(even if lan is up) will result in the wan6 coming up, otherwise it get's
stuck with the NO_DEVICE status. I asked about it at
https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=59478 but didn't manage to fix
it.
