#20509: CONFIG_TARGET_ar71xx_generic_TLWR710 does not create images for TL-

When selecting TLWR710 as target profile
("CONFIG_TARGET_ar71xx_generic_TLWR710=y" in the .config file), executing
make does only produce factory and sysupgrade images for the TL-WR710N-v1,
but not for the TL-WR710N-v2. Both devices have a different HWID, and the
TL-WR710N-v2 does only have 4MiB of flash while the TL-WR710N-v1 has 8MiB.
