Okay I figured it out by myself. It is in fact the fault of IPV6, I guess
android app was somehow trying to resolve the address through IPV6 dns
which is not working from my ISP I suppose. Remove this paragraph
config interface 'wan6'
option ifname '@wan'
option proto 'dhcpv6'
seems to solve the problem nicely...Sorry for the false bug report..
