I have the same issue using CHAOS CALMER (15.05, r46767). Though running
jffs2reset via telnet didn't fix it for me.
root@OpenWrt:/# jffs2reset
This will erase all settings and remove any installed packages. Are you
sure? [N/y]
y
/dev/mtdblock8 is not mounted
/dev/mtdblock8 will be erased on next mount
