Seems that the file was moved from here:
https://releases.linaro.org/13.05/components/toolchain/gdb-linaro/
to here:
https://releases.linaro.org/archive/13.05/components/toolchain/gdb-linaro/
So you can fix editing the PKG_SOURCE_URL field in the file
{{{
toolchain/gdb/Makefile
}}}
according to the new address.
