I also uses `option proto none` for tun interface configured by OpenVPN.
The interface's IP address was indeed wiped out after a `/e/i/network
restart` while the OpenVPN process kept running and was aware of this and
I had to do a `/e/i/openvpn restart` to again bring it up.
Not sure how did it work previously but I am not expecting this behaviour
from netifd with `proto none`.
