I'd like to confirm this bug report.
I have come across this issue myself and reported it directly to dropbear
author back in Feb-2015 (running CC trunk r44203 and dropbear 2014.65-2
and PuTTY 0.63)
I haven't noticed it in recent weeks/months, but this might be due to the
fact that I'm not connecting to OpenWrt as often as I used to.
