This keeps happening as of r47335. I can reliably reproduce it by sending
thousands of small packets over TCP. Very rarely the port dies and comes
up again immediately, but what usually happens is that it gets caught in a
loop of going down and up which is not solved not even by
unplugging/plugging the cable, although `ifconfig eth0 down;ifconfig eth0
up` works.
This on a TL-WR741ND v2.
