#21378: TL-WR841n v9 severe issues

For unknown reaasons, the router becomes inaccessible both via wifi and
wired LAN. Failsafe appears to work but the router doesn't respond to
telnet. The only way to unbrick is reinstall factory firmware via TFTP or
serial. This happens even if I reinstall from scratch.
