 The original bug was probably different, but the issue experienced by
 uysiquebien should definitely be fixed, yes. There was a flaw in the
 driver: when the tx queue became full, it stopped the transmit queue, but
 neglected to subsequently wake the queue, causing tx timeouts until the
 interface was brought down and back up.

 The fix should affect all SOCs using the ar71xx drivers, so a lot of open
 bug reports mentioning  "tx timeout" or "transmit queue 0 timed out"
 should be solved by this (some of them 4+ years old).
