first thing: description might be wrong, this is maybe used to enable PA
regardless of the fact if it's internal or external.
second: how do you know the 2.4G weak signal will happen if the LNA is
external?
third: is it possible there is more than one hardware revision of this
device, with different PA/LNA structure? because 46891 definitely improves
TRANSMITTED signal, but not received as for received you need LNA enabled.
