Looks like problem exists in git head too.
Just built kmod-ledtrig-usbdev and kmod-ledtrig-netdev (plus a bunch of
other stuff) from git master. Unpacking the .ipk files manually with tar,
then looking inside their data.tar.gz files, show that the USB package
contains lib/modules/4.1.23/ledtrig-usbdev.ko, but the netdev packages
doesn't contain any .ko files.
