#23129: ag71xx: eth1 tx timeout

-------------------------+--------------------------------
I have massive problems with the latest CC+trunk and devices like Open
 Mesh OM2P-HS or TP-Link WR841N v11.1. When I have their WAN ports (eth1)
connected during bootup then the port will stop working. Instead something
like "eth1: tx timeout" is printed in the kernel log all the time.

I even had this problem happening when the device was booted up and
 running for a while.

The problematic commit seems to be caused by "ar71xx: enable flow control
for ethernet MACs with built-in switch"

Why are those buggy commits added to stable releases like Chaos Calmer?
