Hi all,

I am trying to use huawei E3272 LTE USB stick in openwrt 3.10.49 kernel.
but it does not accept AT^NDISDUP command. All the required drivers for AT
LTE USB stick are loaded(option ,usbserial, usb_wwan, huawei_cdc_ncm
driver) . I can see three /dev/ttyUSBx nodes in /dev. But it does not show
which is a PCIU node. So i tried to write to all the /dev/ttyUSBx nodes.
But it does not work. It gives option_instat_ error -2.
However huawei E3272 LTE USB stick works with ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS 3.13.7
kernel. So i started from scratch,
1)downloaded openwrt trunk through git
2) changed the linux version number to 3.13.7 in
openwrt/target/linux/x86/Makefile. So that it downloaded the 3.13.7 kernel
3) compiling the kernel(while compiling it shows many new modules).
selected 'N' to all new modules
4) when tried to boot with new kernel it fails to boot.Error:- Kernel stops
at parsing ELF done. Booting the kernel

I want huawei E3272 LTE USB stick to work with openwrt in LTE mode(however
it works in 3g mode ). Please guide me to acheive the same

Regards,
Zahid
