Solved!
1. Shutdown Device
2. Remove pen drive
3. put pen drive on my Lubuntu system
4. go to the pen drive folder and delete symlink "var"
5. Create var => mkdir var
6. put pen drive on device
7. mkdir /var/cache
8. chown nobody:nogroup /var/cache
9. squid -z
Now it's working!
