Hi Rado, the "supported versions" section was last edited on 2015/07/07. So the information is just outdated. Chaos Calmer runs fine on my TL-WDR4300.
For an upgrade from Barrier Breaker, use the official sysupgrade image [1]. If you're still on the OEM firmware, you can use the factory image [2].
