Possibly you will need something with site_perl in it as well? I've got
my prefix set to /Users/klink/usr/local and my PERL5LIB looks like this:
/Users/klink/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8:/Users/klink/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.8
But apparently, this is depending on the system as well.
What does perl -e 'use OpenXPKI' and perl -e 'use
OpenXPKI::Client::HTML::Mason' say with this setup?
What does the openxpki.log file say? (My guess would be that you are
still missing some dependency). If that does not help, try starting the
server with the debug option, like
openxpkictl start --debug 128 and have a look at the resulting
stderr.log file.
HTH,
Alex
