Sort of. openxpki.log contains logging information, while stderr.log
contains the STDERR output and is rather meant for debugging than
logging.

What you attached looks like a mixture of the STDERR output of OpenXPKI
during startup (that is normally printed on the console) and
openxpki.log. What I would need to make sense of your problem is
the corresponding part of the stderr.log file (beware, stderr.log gets
huge really fast) ...
