I guess you are using ubuntu - this is due to a change in the CGI module. I assumed this was already addressed in recent updates but it looks like I was wrong....

Option 1) - change the method name from "multi_param" to "param" at the given line which is the old behaviour.

Optiom 2) Install a recent version of the CGI Module from CPAN
