Theoretically it should be possible, but AFAIK nobody has tried that yet. 
One would have to compile and build packages for the ARM architecture, of 
course. The thing is that a Raspberry Pi is very likely not beefy enough to run 
OpenXPKI smoothly. Personally, I don't see a use case for this - why would you 
run an Enterprise PKI on such limited hardware?

BTW, if you are thinking about a proper environment for a Root CA I would 
recommend to check out https://github.com/openxpki/clca.
