You are requesting a certificate with a validity until 26 August 2021, 12:44:02 PM GMT, but there is no CA certificate capable of issuing such a certificate. Make sure you have set up your Issuing CA properly, and also make sure that your desired EE profile validities are in line with the CA validity model.
