Setting up the root and issuing certificates is not part of OpenXPKI but
needs to be done as a preparation by yourself, you can do so using plain
openssl or use the "clca" tool (https://github.com/openxpki/clca).

If you just need a test drive use the "sampleconfig" script or the
online demo.
