Thanks Oliver I've confirmed:
1. usr/share/locale exists and lists all the locale UTF-8 files. 2. locale_directory: /usr/share/locale & default_language: en_US are set correctly in webui/defaut.conf In /usr/share/locale/ I have : /usr/local/share/locale/en_US/LC_MESSAGES/openxpki.mo /usr/ports/security/p5-openxpki-i18n/work/stage/usr/local/share/locale/en_US/LC_MESSAGES/openxpki.mo I'm using chrome 86 and safari 13 - both on devices set to US English.
