I sent two emails that appear to have gone through in HTML format. My

Hopefully this comes through as text only.
It appears to be an issuer located in the file report_full.yaml – I
can make the drop down selection optional and get a report but I
cannot get the drop down to populate.

required: 1 <<- I changed this to 0 and was able generate a
report but I cannot get the drop down to populate.
Any thoughts on where I can look to dig out what is causing the issue?
