Hi Per, I hope you have a good reason o have a CA that signs SubCA and end-entity certificates ;)
There is not quick way to do so but you can combine profile groups with a custom workflow that uses different path for each role - for the profile group feature have a look at this commit f8b0721213973894e4c262b349e7063f8dfc302f, for workflow mods you can find some basic information on the read the docs pages.
