I have no experience with mac but it might be a problem with write
permissions on the log volume, try this tipp please

and also check your docker logs
And I am a bit curious that you have three starter processes, there
should only be one...

Is the detection, whether the watchdog is running maybe broken when
running this on a macbook host? (Note the invocation of
/rosetta/rosetta to run the amd64 binaries on M2 hardware)
