The Reset does not change anything.

Clearing the cache does not correct the error.

How do I detect that?  There is noting in either the webui log or the pg_log
files that give me any thing to go on.

Is there some way to force a stack trace when this message is triggered?  The
proximate point seems to be line 201 in:
lib/perl5/site_perl/OpenXPKI/Service/Default.pm
