I fixed the problem. I needed to change the /etc/apache2/sites-available/openxpki.conf file. I used
https://github.com/openxpki/openxpki-config/blob/6826b63998436abba01f809701c4e8ecc2e51f88/contrib/apache2-openxpki-site.conf as a template, updating for our SSL Certificates. Also had to add modules to apache2 with a2enmod proxy proxy_http a2enmod macro Restarted apache2 and it's working again. The /var/log/openxpki/openxpki.log file has a line for Login successful. Any ideas on what I missed?
