[Operators] xmpp.net test: Connection failed

Hello operators,
I get errors when testing my servers:
https://xmpp.net/result.php?domain=kontalk.net&type=client

I checked in my server logs, the connection doesn't go past the
<proceed/> tag of STARTTLS.
