Not sure that'd be a sane way of handling it, since it'd be defining both a label type and a policy (and then you'd have to decide on whether the remote server operated the same policy or not, and heaven only knows how you'd handle things if you wanted a policy for information handling as well). But yes, adding a very similar mechanism would be possible.
