We are very grateful to Matthew Goodfield (OPM-OP AS) for this heroic
effort of writing and reviewing all the docs. Many thanks go also to
Håkon Hægland (NORCE) for the very helpful Python scripts used for
generating the document and all developers that have helped (see the
list in the manual).
In this version we have removed information about releases older than 2
years. If you need information about those then please see older version
of the manual from the OPM Flow manual
