Hi OPNFV community,

The Board of Directors and TSC had a joint meeting in the morning of April 7, 
and then the Board continued meeting in the afternoon of the same day. As 
usual, here is a summary.

-        LF networking projects: Arpit Joshpura shared updates from the ONS and 
collected Board members's feedback from the event .  Arpit also discussed 
harmonization across Linux Foundation (LF) networking projects.

-        Certification & Compliance Committee: Chris Donley provided an update 
on the Compliance/Verification Program (CVP) since the February meeting and the 
next steps/timeline for the program launch.  Wenjing gave an update on Dovetail 
including high level architecture, System Under Test, and the test scope that 
is under development.  There was also a quick update on the upcoming Plugfest 
at Orange.

-        End User Advisory Group (EUAG) update: Steven Wright provided an 
update on the first EUAG survey, end user feedback on Euphrates, and the 
working process with the technical community.

-        TSC update/discussions: Tapio gave a report out from Danube 1.0 
release and discussed future releases planning including addressing EUAG's pain 
points.  Other TSC members gave an update on Cross Community CI, pod descriptor 
file, scenario consolidation, and community challenges in moving to a 
Continuous Delivery model.  There was also a review of projects health metrics 
from Q4'2016 & Q1'2017.

-        LF Networking projects harmonization: Chris Price led the discussion 
on cross community CI/testing, hardware labs co-location, and initiatives on 
common tools (e.g. documentation, Jira, storage, etc.)

-        Marketing committee update: Sandra gave an update on the Danube 
launch, OPNFV Summit, and community demo discussions over the past few weeks.

-        Strategic planning topics: There was a discussion on 2017 Goals and 
the OPNFV value proposition.

-        A&F Committee/budget review: 2017 budget and spending as of February 
28, 2017 was reviewed.
