Hi,

Due to some major changes in Functest, we have DISABLED ALL the test cases
belonging to FEATURE projects in MASTER jobs for the moment. Only Functest
smoke test cases are running in CI (for now).

The reasoning behind is:

- Functest team is working hard to make the framework more robust and
reliable.

- Housekeeping. Only the projects that need to see their test on CI
will have to enable it.

- To speed up the process of installer development as the CI loops
will be faster.

It is possible to enable your test case again by following the procedure
described here:
https://wiki.opnfv.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=8685677

In short, removing the flag “enabled: false” in testcases.yaml

The PTLs from the feature projects will be responsible for enabling the test
cases, so please be aware of this. You just need to commit a patch in Functest
repo to enable the test, but please do it when you think it makes sense to run
it in CI (e.g. you are working on improving the test case or creating new ones).

IMPORTANT: It is mandatory that the test case returns the appropriate return
value (==0 if success, !=0 if failure). This is the way to capture the failed
tests in Functest.

Thanks,
Jose
