Based on the design doc of VNF high availability across OpenStack cloud in
OPNFV Beijing summit:

Boucher is working on vIMS deployment.
For video conference, the networking topology and VMs have been successfully
deployed in RegionOne, RegionTwo and RegionThree, floating IP/SEG also works,
also can visit internet.
To make the application work in each separate project, two projects IMS and
JITSI are created. Access to the project is also provided in the design doc
page 10, and user IMS/jitsi was assigned with _member_ role, so that not all
resources are visible in regarding project, you can source /opt/admin-openrc.sh
if you want to check all resources in the environment:
OpenStack access:
* Use your own openrc to access cloud with different role
* admin openrc: /opt/admin-openrc.sh
* IMS project/user openrc: /opt/boucherv/IMS-openrc.sh
* JITSI project/user openrc: /opt/vikram/jitsi-openrc.sh
* Access each region
* source /opt/admin-openrc.sh (for admin) or source
/opt/boucherv/IMS-openrc.sh (for IMS), or source /opt/vikram/jitsi-openrc.sh
(for JITSI)
* unset OS_REGION_NAME
* Execute CLI like this:
* openstack --os-region-name=CentralRegion ….
* neutron --os-region-name=CentralRegion net-list
* nova --os-region-name=RegionOne ….
