Hi all, I would like to nominate Serena (ZTE) for the TSC at-large election. She has done a great work in Functest, Releng and QTIP project. As an active committer, she is in charge of TestAPI development, which is consumed by more and more projects, from the basic data store to cli, web portal and CI/CD procedure. She is also an active mentor in community, and she has worked with intern in several projects. I believe she has enough skills and capability for TSC member.
