What: Package upgrades and restarts of Gerrit, JIRA, Confluence, and
Etherpad
When: Sun, Oct 8 from 9:00AM-11:00AM PDT (16:00-18:00 UTC)
Why: Outstanding package and kernel updates.
Impact: We will be applying package updates across several systems and
restarting services.
This should cause a brief ( < 30 minutes) outage to the following
services as they are restarted:
* Gerrit (gerrit.opnfv.org)
* JIRA (jira.opnfv.org)
* Confluence (wiki.opnfv.org)
* Etherpad (etherpad.opnfv.org)
Notices will be sent to the mailing list prior to and after updates.
