Team,

OPNFV Fraser MS1 is rapidly approaching, *two weeks from today, on Nov 3*.
To refresh your memory, MS1 has two events associated with it:

*1) Intent-to-participate window closes.* If you intend for your project
to be part of the Fraser release and you have not yet submitted your
intent-to-participate statement
<https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/DEV/Project+Inclusion+in+OPNFV+Release>,
please do so, ASAP. The list of projects that have joined the release may
be found here
<https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/SWREL/Projects+Intending+to+Participate+in+the+Fraser+Release>.

Even if you think that you've already joined the release, please check the
list
<https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/SWREL/Projects+Intending+to+Participate+in+the+Fraser+Release>
to make sure that your project is listed with "yes" in the "Fraser" column.

Note that, after Nov 3, projects that wish to join the Fraser release will
need to file a milestone exception and get approval from the TSC.

*2) Project release planning.* Please do the following:

   1. Complete your project release plan for Fraser.
   2. Complete the release plan summary
   <https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/SWREL/Summary+of+Release+Plans+for+Fraser>.
Link your release plan in the appropriate field.
   3. If your project uses one or more scenarios for deployment, please add
your scenario to the scenario status page
   <https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/SWREL/Fraser+Scenario+Status>.
      - Note that the release plan summary no longer asks about scenarios,
since I found this redundant to the scenario status page. However, it's
still very important to add your scenario(s) to the scenario status
      page <https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/SWREL/Fraser+Scenario+Status>.

Let me know if you have questions.

David
