All,
Wanted to share our notes from the user support discussion that was led by
Sofia during the Plugfest. There are a few items such as migration to
Stackoverflow that will be discussed in upcoming TSC calls.
- Definition of a user: Anyone who consumes OPNFV artifacts (e.g. ISOs,
documentations, etc.)
- Create a "landing page" on doscs.opnfv.org and on the wiki for user
support with clear instructions on where OPNFV users can go for questions:
opnfv-users mailing list, IRC channel, or AskBot (to be replaced by Stack
Overflow)
- Migration to Stack Overflow
- Investigate setting up automatic alerts to IRC channel and
opnfv-users when there's a new post
- Migrate existing posts from AskBot to Stack Overflow
- Continue to strive for consistency between docs.opnfv.org and opnfv.org
