Security updates and reboots : Scheduled

Security errata will be applied to all OPNFV systems during this maintenance
window. This will require reboots of all Linux Foundation managed systems
during the window. Individual service outages will be brief, and no issues are
expected.
Approved changes to the OPNFV Gerrit system will also be applied during this
maintenance.
