I tried to read through the wiki and had some questions…
https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/SWREL/Git+Tagging+Instructions+for+Fraser

I just cloned releng and did not find any yaml file that has a “releases:”
section yet, is it normal or am I the first to do? The example in the wiki is
still pretty confusing:

project: $yourproject
project-type: installer
release-model: stable
upstream: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/TripleO
releases:
  - version: opnfv-6.0.0
    location:
      $yourproject: $SHA1
  - version: opnfv-6.0.1
    location:
      $yourproject: $SHA1
  - version: opnfv-6.1.0
    location:
      $yourproject: $SHA1
branches:
  - name: stable/euphrates
    location:
      $yourproject: $SHA1
release-notes:
http://docs.opnfv.org/en/stable-euphrates/submodules/$yourproject/docs/release/release-notes/release-notes.html

  1. Why is the branches: section mentioning stable/euphrates ? Shouldn’t it
be stable/fraser instead (like all the yaml files have)?
  2. Could the wiki explain what is the role of a branches: and role of
releases: sections?
  3. Should we put the same SHA1 in branches and releases? If yes why the
duplicate?

Thanks

   Alec

documentation (TODAY)

Hi Mark.

I see them here:
http://docs.opnfv.org/en/stable-fraser/submodules/storperf/docs/release/release-notes/release-notes.html

Don't forget to add the above link to releng/releases/fraser/storperf.yaml

Hello, David.

I have merged the release notes for StorPerf [1], but they are not showing
up in docs.opnfv.org. What am I missing in the procedure?

Team,

Please complete your project documentation today.

Make sure that you complete the documentation compliance page so that I can
credit you for complying with MS9.
Create a link to your release notes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Sofia informs me that some people are using the wrong
version number in the project release notes. The version number for the
April 27 release is: 6.0.0 (unless, of course, you have one or more minor
changes following tagging, then it will be 6.0.1, 6.0.2, etc.)

Let me know if you have any questions.

David
