We are attempting to deploy OPNFV Gambia again (latest 7.1
<https://artifacts.opnfv.org/apex/gambia/python34-opnfv-apex-7.1-20190120.noarch.rpm>,
bare metal, 4 nodes, os-odl-sfc-noha), but we keep running into issues
#657 <https://build.opnfv.org/ci/job/apex-deploy-baremetal-gambia/328/>
and #658 <https://jira.opnfv.org/projects/APEX/issues/APEX-658>for over
a month. However, we verified jenkins build #328
<https://build.opnfv.org/ci/job/apex-deploy-baremetal-gambia/328/> was
successful just a day ago. Are the issues solved?
Also, do you have any recommendations on what version of OPNFV we should
deploy to have a fully functional SFC? Is it possible to obtain more
information on the testing environment

in which the build succeeded, such as node and networking hardware?
