unfortunately, there is an error in the MIB module: the reference to the IANA registry is incorrect. Thus, the RFC Editor, IANA and IESG decided to obsolete the RFC and issue a corrected one. I have just uploaded the new draft, and there will be another IETF LC.
Please refrain from implementing the MIB! Sorry for that confusion.
